  • stagnant water causing mosquito breeding
  • bird and animal waste
  • safety hazards
  • offensive odors
  • too many pets
  • unsanitary living conditions
  • hoarding
  • inoperative vehicles on private property (vehicles not visible from the public street, are not required to be removed by the owner)
