If you live in another area of California or the country, try using google to find a tenants or housing rights group in your area that can help you. If you live in San Francisco and you're having a problem (such as an illegal rent increase, evictions, roommate problems, mold and other repair issues, etc.), we'll try and help you. For information on some of the more common issues that tenants face, click the topics below. If you don't find the answers you need on this site, you can always call our hotline or drop into the office. Counseling hours are Monday
