San Francisco is one of the most expensive cities in the country. Low income communities have been priced out and displaced, often with no place to go after eviction from rent controlled units. We are building a multiracial, multilingual movement of tenants who are equipped to challenge the real estate industry and the financialization of land and housing, but we can’t do it without you.

1:1 Counseling sessions with 3,000+ tenants per year to protect their access to safe, affordable housing

150+ multi-lingual tenant meetings and workshops to build tenant power

1,900 tenants reached through doorknocking

7,600 digital and printed flyers distributed

We are a tax exempt 501c3 organization, and charitable contributions are tax-deductible. Our EIN is 88-2200155.
